This was a very good experience Kalel was very professional and discuss just a repair and or replacement.  He tried very hard to accommodate my schedule even willing to install on Sunday. Surprise!

The spring on my garage door snapped Saturday night. Most companies are closed on Sunday. I didn't look forward to taking the day off work next week to sit around waiting for  someone to show up.

It's Sunday today, Fathers Day.  I did a quick online search to find a local shop to come out hopefully on Monday.

Safe Gate Garage Door Service stated 24/7 with a 5 star rating. Communication was on point. Kalel arrived within an hour after my call. He is an absolute pro and upgraded the cheap springs to a new set that was more than twice the size.  He is very efficient and took the time to ensure it operated properly and lubricate every moving part on both doors. Within an hour or so my garage door is working better than it ever did, no more shaking and rattling!

I give a solid recommendation. It's very rare to get a great service experience with true value for your money.
